WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Warranty for sabers is 1 year, this does not account for damage to the hilt caused by the customer, or blade damage, the warranty covers the electronics kit inside the saber, replacement kits are issued and are easy to install.    

We do not have returns on blades that have been used. For returns on blades your blade must be undamaged with no signs of use. Cost of shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the customer, not Repulse Collectibles LLC. Once the product has been received, a refund will be issued.

RETURNS: You have 14 days after confirmed date of delivery to return the product. When returning a product, Please email us at repulsecollectibles@gmail.com with your Order information as well as a tracking number for the return. A refund will not be granted if the returned item is not received. 

Cost of shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the customer, not Repulse Collectibles LLC. Once the product has been received, a refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be sure to email us at repulsecollectibles@gmail.com with pictures describing the issue.
